Communication

Enosis uses following facilities for the client communication purpose:

• Voice Communication
  • Regular phone conversation via PSTN line.
  • Overseas voice conversation using in-house VoIP software providing secured voice communication.

• Data Communication
  • FTP. Enosis has a secure and dedicated FTP server (accessible through the internet) for transferring customer data/files. Specific access control mechanisms define access rights for uploading and downloading of data. Log files are maintained for all FTP transactions, which are submitted to the client, if required.
  • VPN. If the client requires, Enosis establishes a VPN (Virtual Private Network) tunnel between Enosis premises and the client location enabling secure data transfer.
