Security & Access Control
Enosis has a well-defined security policy for the security and access control for its offshore office. Following measures are taken for the data and network security:
- Projects, based on their duration and scale are assigned a dedicated data server with restricted access to authorized personnel
- Separate VLAN is set up for individual clients, if desired by the client
- All workstations have data transfer drives (CD/Floppy/USB) disabled
- Workstations are restricted to limited external communication (ftp, downloads etc.) based on user privilege
- No documents or data media can be taken out of the premises without permission
- The complete network is secured with anti-virus software implemented at the server and the client end
- We are continually auditing our security internally with a team of network security professionals
- Firewall to avoid unauthorized access
The internal security and data control policies are well defined to enable secure data communication:
- FTP
- The FTP user account is dedicated to one client only. This account is not shared with any other client
- The FTP servers are located in Enosis premises and outside data centers providing only authorized access
- VPN
- In this mode a virtual tunnel is formed between the client and Enosis for data transfer
- The data transferred is encrypted through IPSEC protocol
